Experience/Skills
Skills: Strong Java, client-server, and multithreaded development experience. Proven record of developing on a Linux platform. Technical knowledge and experience with Oracle 10g Database, Oracle Application Server, Video Servers (Kasenna, Harmonic, SeaChange), Broadband Networking Equipment and Technologies (xDSL, Gigabit Ethernet, fiber loop, etc.) from major Network Equipment Providers (i.e., Nortel, Cisco, Alcatel, Lucent, Extreme Networks, etc.). Familiarity with J2EE, XML, HTTPS, servlets, and related technology. Knowledge of Packet Switched Data Networks, JDEV, IPTV and MPEG preferred. Strong English skills required.Experience/Education: 4+ years experience developing server-side applications and components.
