Our client is seeking a Sr. Technical Support Analyst responsible for: resolving problems, installation and monitoring networks, data communications, personal computers, servers, printers, and all other peripheral devices; install software; prepare recommendations for hardware and software; maintain maintenance and support schedules for all hardware and software.

Experience/Skills
