We have the following exciting new opportunity in our Carlsbad, California, office. OSEC is currently seeking a Senior Training Specialist. A STS identifies, develops, implements and conducts training and instruction of technical based subject matter related to project hardware/software, communications, and local area networking.

The successful candidate will participate in:
Conducting site surveys, classroom setup, training Marines, deploying
and supporting USMC tactical C4I networks in both US and Overseas locations.
Providing technical support in teleconferences
and meetings.
Researching new technologies that could benefit supported C4I projects.
Developing, creating and providing information papers, briefs, training material and deliverables to the customer.
Conducting testing, evaluations, research, design and development upon C4I systems.

Qualifications:
Formal training experience is required.
College Level writing ability is required.
At leat 5 years of experience is required in a variety of tactical C4I network applications, operating systems and environments.
Experience in EPLRS operations and ENM network planning, IOW operations and DACT operations are particularly desired.
Military communications or intelligence background is desired.
Recent experience with C2PC, C2CE and UOC tactical C4I systems are desired.

Education:
BS or 5 years of experience
