Description
CDI is seeking an Support Analyst with the following skills requirements:

This position requires skills in Monitoring for AIX, Linux, SAN, HA, HP, SUN.

First level and second level skills required, they will be needed to perform security patches, upgrades to AIX, Respond to an average of 750 unique alerts per week.

Take action to fix the alert immediately.

On site team members provides level 2 support for systems for: 200mm FEOL (MFG), Maskhouse, 200mm and 300mm BEOL, Testing and Development.

Production applications and databases

Level 2 support for application teams (DB2, MQSeries, Websphere, etc.)

This is an Alternate Work Schedule day shift job (means 12 hour days 36 hours one week and 48 the alternating) that also would include swapping and filling in for nightsdf-tc
