Description
Our client is looking for a Support Center Analyst to their growing call center. This position is open immediately for the right candidate. The ideal candidate should be a motivated Support Professional who desires to grow and advance within the company. Our client-s employees routinely work a standard work day and are able to maintain a good Life-Work balance because they understand the need for that balance and strongly encourage it.

Required experience:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator or Engineer
- Help Desk or call center experience
- Four year college degree in any field
- Three or more years of on the job experience in an Information Technology capability
- Strong understanding of networks; Local, Wide Area, VPN, Wireless
- Strong knowledge of desktop and Microsoft productivity software (Office, Visio, PowerPoint, Adobe)

Qualifications:
- Professionally respond to telephone calls, emails, and web-based requests for technical support
- Be responsible for tracking and monitoring open problems to insure service level standards are met
- Develop and maintain knowledge of legacy, existing, and new PC hardware and software technology
- Provides friendly courteous and quality level-one hardware and software support
- Communicate with end-users and team members as to resolution steps taken.

The successful candidate absolutely must have exceptional customer service skills, including written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must also possess problem solving skills, excellent understanding of desktop operating systems, networking principles, with good organization and communication skills.

This person must have a -can do- attitude toward the goal of providing excellent customer service. They must be able to demonstrate proven success in interfacing with clients, with a professional and positive approach to problem resolution. They are absolutely a team player.
