Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Intel Systems Administration Analyst to join our team in Massillon, OH.

Job description:
To provide optimal support for the daily operating systems, and hardware. Identify and test hardware technologies. Utilizing superior customer service skills to resolve customer issues.

Duties:
* Daily Windows 2000 / 2003 Server Maintenance and builds
* Treo 6xx and Good Link wireless support
* TSM Backup and Restores and SLA reporting
* Develop and implement technical solutions based on defined business requirements.
* Identify technical environment issues and recommend solutions to mitigate problems.
* Perform analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing computer systems.
* Update and create technical product trouble-shooting documentation.
* Perform special projects and assignments when necessary.

Activities:
* Respond to project requests from business units needs
* New server image creation and management.
* Fully document all related activities associated with escalations, service incidents, projects, or installation utilizing current tracking systems and databases.
* Manage workload and balance with normal organizational process requirements; including change control and project documentation.
* Point of escalation for Support Teams when required
* Perform special projects or tasks in a timely manner, as assigned by Team leader or Management.

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
  • Windows 2000, 2003 Server\Advanced Server
  • Microsoft Active Directory 2000\2003
  • Microsoft Clustering
  • VMWare ESX\Virtualization Technologies
  • Citrix Experience
  • Windows 2000, XP, NT (Applications and Utilities).
  • Excellent research skills
  • Technical documentation skills
  • General Understanding of SAN technology
  • General Understanding of MS SQL
  • General Understanding of MS Exchange
  • General Understanding of Networking technology-WSUS

    Physical/Mental Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work well both independently and as a member of a high performance team.
  • Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs.
  • Proficient PC skills; proven experience.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
