Automation: Creating a system that is self-healing. The system should report that it is having a problem, take scripted measures to correct itself and report that the problem has been fixed.

Documentation: Create and update documentation for all testing activities. This would include transition, testing, installation, and design feedback documentation.

Support: Perform proactive activities that solve problems before they happen. This does not include writing scripts for Automation. This does include process implementation, metrics, support documentation, and operations and procedural manuals.

Compliance: Create and follow processes that keep servers in compliance with corporate, legal and regulatory auditing standards.

Planning: Creating a documented plan for all work. The plan will contain the steps for implementation, a test of the implementation, a backout plan, and a test of the backout plan. Peer reviews of all plans are expected activities.

Required Technical Skills
System Administration-Web - Intermediate with 3 year(s) experience.
Knowledge and experience working with Firewalls, Intranets, Extranets, Domain Name Services, Routers, LAN/WAN infrastructure technologies, Web Hosting, LAN/WAN and Operating System security, multi-tiered applications.

System Administration-NT Server - Intermediate with 3 year(s) experience.
Windows Server 2000 and Windows Server 2003; IIS 5.0 and IIS 6.0


Preferred Technical Skills
Technical Documentation Specialist - Intermediate with 1 year(s) experience.


Required General Skills
Extensive work experience with the installation and support of Internet servers in a large corporate environment.
Experience creating processes to support a controlled migration of internally developed web applications to production.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
Working knowledge and experience of the Internet, Internet history and infrastructure.
