This position provides support for multiple internal systems including system configuration, system design, and system usage.

Provides system support for MS Project Server 2007 and SharePoint. This includes teaching classes, setting up new users, addressing technical requests, performing system upgrades and implementing system enhancements.

Provides system support for the Solution Services Process Library Website. This includes design and maintenance of webpage layout and content.

Provides system support for the ConsulTrack time reporting system. This includes teaching classes, setting up new users, performing upgrades, and addressing technical requests.

Provides technical support to the Solutions Services Process Management Group including the development and implementation of templates, standards, and procedures related to system support and usage.

Required Skills: Microsoft Project Server 2003, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Desired Skills: Microsoft Project Server 2007, MOSS 2007, SQL Server 2005, SharePoint Designer, Dreamweaver, ConsulTrack

Experience providing system support to a project team or organization including system configuration, system access/security, report development, web page development, and database views. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) at all levels with technical and non-technical staff. This includes (1)developing and conducting internal classes on system usage and new enhancements and (2) defining and documenting standards and procedures related to system usage.

Experience working in a project and programming environment, with the ability to learn new skills quickly and identify areas for improvements. As well as being a sound decision maker, flexible, resourceful and resilient, the candidate will be able to work in a fast and demanding environment.
