Description
Administers, maintains and documents the client's network (LAN/WAN) including over 35 servers running a variety of software. Manages server and network hardware, including backup/restore devices, SAN, firewalls, switches etc. Administers, supports and maintains file and print services, network security, remote access, corporate email and serves as high-level support resource for advanced desk tickets. Conducts systems analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies.
