Description
We have been retained by a major distribution industry client to locate them a Senior Analyst (Essbase).

Minimum Qualifications:

Three years of recent Essbase development experience.
Must have experience with Hyperion Analyzer and Hyperion Reports.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and highly efficient application systems.
Strong technical knowledge of Essbase utilities, relational databases, operating systems.
Ability to diagnose and respond to operating system / application messages as pertains to business systems support.
Professional customer service etiquette.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience with SARBANES OXLEY (SOX) RELATED CONTROLS.

Desired Qualifications:

Two years experience with financial, distribution and manufacturing systems is preferred.
Knowledge and experience with implementing and working with data warehouse / data mart tools and/or products.
Some experience with PRMS, and ShowCase Query or other query tools.
Experience in using SQL (structured query language).
Experience with standard project management and project / development life cycles.
Experience with the MS Office Suite of products.
Minimal travel may be required.

These positions will pay $65,000 to $75,000 with excellent benefits.
Dress code is business casual and the client requests that we do not present a candidate without SOX.(Sarbanes Oxley :)
