Program Management Office - Developer
Microsoft .NET developer with experience developing and installing Microsoft SharePoint Services/Portal web parts and assisting with application integration activities. This person will also be developing reporting functionality for Microsoft Project Server technologies using SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services.

Responsible for the planning, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of Windows SharePoint Services/Portal web parts and Microsoft Project Server technologies.

Creation of custom views, digital dashboards, and reporting for projects in Microsoft Project Server 2003 and 2007

Development of new tools, templates, site definitions and functionality surrounding SharePoint Portal Server and Microsoft Project Server and the WSS3.0 platform

Integration of third party tools with MS Project Server and SharePoint APIs

Development of custom reporting using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services and integration with other third party applications

Assists with project planning and development estimation activities

Assists with the implementation of Microsoft Project Server 2007 and SharePoint Portal Server 2007 technologies

Assists with the development of new SharePoint websites, templates, site definitions, and web parts based on business needs

Maintenance activities associated with existing SharePoint 2003 sites

Migration of SharePoint 2003 sites to SharePoint 2007

Prepares coding estimates for change requests and implements changes as they are prioritized

Design, develop, testing and implementing third party tools designed to work with Microsoft SharePoint and Project Server products

Designs, Develops, Tests, and Implements custom reporting options in SQL Server 2005, SharePoint Services/Portal, and MS Project Server and publishing to WSS3.0

Participation in the development and preparation of procedural, program and user documentation associated with the development of new tools and utilities

Experience customizing WSS2.0 and 3.0 web sites and developing web parts; Background in Visual Studio.Net, C#.Net, ASP.Net, WinForms, XML, Web Services, ADO.NET, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services, Windows SharePoint Services; 2-3 years web application development experience; Experience working with Microsoft Project Professional and MS Project Server; Experience developing custom reports using SQL 2005 Reporting Services; Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills; MCSD or MCDBA Certification a plus
