Description
Systems Engineer
This position plays a number of vital roles within Alpha & Omega. These include:
#1) Providing technical phone support for our clients.
#2) Managing our Advanced Network Management Solutions.
#3) Acting as the communication center for associates and clients.

This is an office position that requires punctuality, self-initiative, phone skills, prioritization, critical thinking, and time management. This position is involved with practically every aspect of Alpha & Omega and requires a willingness to support and serve the needs of the company. Internally, this position is heavily relied upon by the Office Manger, Sales, and Network Consultants. Externally, this position filters inbound calls from potential, new, and existing clients throughout the day. In many cases, this position is the first contact (and impression) that the client has with Alpha & Omega.

Experience/Skills
Specific technical skills required are: Windows Networking and Domains, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, email routing, DNS, internet routing, firewalls, and routers. Experience with systems management a plus. MSCE/MCSA is preferred or substantial progress toward either certification.
