resumes by 1/16/06-contract, 2/15/07-2/15/08. Min 2 yrs exp as Remedy Developer Programmer-Remedy Development 6.x or higher with Oracle backend. Solid exp with Remedy's Action Request System (ARS). Solid exp with IT service Mgmt (ITSM) applications (help desk, change Mgmt, Asset Mgmt, Migrator Tool and Flashboards). Oracle 9i exp. Remedy integration exp to other system such as (IBM Tivoli, SMS) a big plus. Mid tier for Remedy CMDB a big plus. Exp in none or more programming languages such as Java or C a plus. Min education-BS degree in CS, IS or other related filed or equivalent work exp.
