Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing is currently seeking an experienced help desk Team Lead for a Contract to Hire Opportunity at a local company. The Help Desk Team Lead will supervise up to 13 Help Desk Representatives who provide end user support over the phone, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and workstation configuration. Strong teamwork, verbal, documentation and listening skills are required. Experience with a help desk call tracking/trouble ticket tool such as Remedy, HEAT and Clarity is desired. Experience/Skills
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree is required. 3+ years experience in a help desk environment. A+ or Net + is desired but not necessary. The ability to work second shift. Troubleshooting experience with Windows XP required. Must have knowledge of hardware and peripherals.Strong leadership skills.The ability to help and understand questions from level 1 agents.
