Description
Participates or assists in the execution of the overall strategy and approach of assessing new Clients, Products, Compliance, and Strategic development initiatives. Participates, and assists in the coordination/management of client Scoping and Assessment, Statement of Direction, Functional Site Analysis, Performance Analysis, Research, Concept, and Requirements definition, Globalist in credit industry business functions as well as TSYS processing platforms. Assists in the coordination of teams to strategically address complex process flows and system integration points.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides global platform, product, development, and implementation expertise to prospective clients in the sales cycle to include preparing and conducting presentations as well as assistance in responding to RFI?/RFP's. Work at multiple levels within the clients and TSYS organization and across industry lines to assess business, system, and resource requirements in order to provide solutions, which pose the least amount of complexity, risk, work effort and financial impact to both the client and TSYS.

  • Participates in evaluation of client systems and processes to determine client/TSYS systems integration points and requirements for cost effective support of client business needs. Upon completion of evaluation, makes recommendations on systems required, systems that can be retired, and an overall system architecture to support business process requirements.

  • Participate and assist in the coordination of teams utilizing unique and custom approaches to Scoping and Assessment activities on new and prospective Clients which vary in size and complexity and that may have products which span multiple TSYS platforms. Assessment includes entry into Countries and Territories that have known approaches established, to include new Corporate Products, Lines of Business, and emerging Markets.

  • Assists or performs the processes to ensure the departmental statement of direction and approach for Client implementations are being adhered too.

  • Participate and assist in the coordination of the assessment teams, which perform the identification of all process re-engineering opportunities using TSYS products and features that will provide and have a significant positive impact to Client in terms of financial, regulatory, consumer or productivity gain from a portfolio level. In addition provide re-engineering consultancy to improve productivity, gains/losses, positive FTE impact, and increase revenue/decreased expense from an operational viewpoint.

  • Responsible for and ensures that the entry of such items are logged into TSYS tools and databases for future research and work efforts.

  • Assists in the negotiations with Clients and provide instruction to the assessment teams, multiple levels within the organization and across cultural and industry lines to implement Client solutions which pose the least amount of risk, work effort and financial impact to both the company and the client.

  • Requires travel and on-site obligations, at times for extended periods. A commitment to travel is required for the job function. Must display the ability to work with clients both internationally and domestically, demonstrate the ability to adapt and communicate professionally with different cultures, work ethics, industries and environments.

  • Assists or performs in a Client Consultant role, based upon client/product complexity, which will oversee the initial analysis of Client requirements. Assist or facilitate in the scheduling for delivery of recommended solutions. Provide guidance to the assessment team and uses industry expertise to influence decisions that impact service, system and consultative solutions to meet Client requirements.

  • Facilitates and promotes effective communication and negotiation across technical, business and operational division platforms both internally at TSYS and externally with the client.

  • Consults with other TSYS subject matter experts to decisions business needs regarding the impact of Client, Association or Regulatory change requests.

  • Participates and/or assist in the coordination as part of the Assessment and CONSULTING Services team to ensure the implementation of the Statement of Direction, Strategy and Approach for new and existing TSYS products and Strategic Development Initiatives.
