Description
CDI Business solutions currently has a contract to hire assignment for one of our premier clients in Cedar Rapids, Iowas for a Tech Support Specialist to answer emails and calls from schools network customers on all Riverdeep, Edmark, Broderbund, TLC and Earobics products. Must answer phone calls and emails in a timely fashion as outlined in the support guidelines and expectations as well as use resources such as, knowledge bases and online access to troubleshoot support issues with the company’s products to improve troubleshooting abilities. Experience with Windows server 2000+ and windows and MAC workstations 98+ are a must. Experience with Databases such as MSSQL and previous call center experience is a plus.
