Description
Our client is a leading manufacturer of professional A/V system products including computer-video interfaces, switchers, matrix switchers, distribution amplifiers, video scalers, scan converters, signal processing devices, Ethernet control interfaces, and high resolution cables. At this time, they are seeking an Applications Engineer to join their team of professionals.

Under limited supervision successful candidate will research, write, layout, edit and revise software help files, tutorials, training material, userâ??s manuals, installation guides and other instructional materials.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Must have BA/BS and Transcripts will be required.
Must have at least two years of technical writing experience.
Experience with RoboHelp X5 or greater, PageMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat preferred.
Limited experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 6 and/or .net a plus to create design and interface documentation.
Successful candidate will have excellent grammar, editing, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
A strong ability to research and write procedures and concise prose about electronic devices, their installation and operation.
