Experience/Skills
3 to 5 years experience in HR/recruiting
2 to 3 years exp. in the IT Recruiting arena a MUST
Excellent written and oral communication skills
BA/BS in Human Resources/Business or related field preferred.
Must be self motivated and have a "get it done" attitude.
Ability to juggle multiple projects/job orders
