Genesis10 is in need of a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager for a client in Cambridge, Massachusetts to manage a technical infrastructure project that involves the build and deployment of infrastructure components.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare project dashboard from status reports provided by project managers.
- Collect project statistics and prepare project dashboard.
- Monitor project performance and keep Project Director and Project Management Office Manager informed of variances.
- Support demand and resource management processes.
- Support Project Director and Project Management Office Manager in the preparation of meeting presentations.
- Reconciliation of hours for invoice preparation.
- Will primarily interact with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain regular contact with Service Delivery and / or Account Manager regarding status, issues and risks.
- Will be a member of the Program Management Office.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Experience/Skills:
- Standard project management office skills.
- 1 to 3 years experience with Microsoft Tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Proactive, organized, methodical and require little oversight to remain productive and effective.
- Ablility to manage own work efforts with minimal day-to-day direction and follow up and resolve issues.
- Demonstrated ability to summarize and clearly communicate concrete project information to project office management.
- Must have diplomacy skills to communicate and coordinate with Project Managers and Project Management office leaders.
- Must have strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to exercise judgment and interpret established procedures / processes.
- Ability to identify issues for escalation in a timely manner.
