Description
Key technical project management position to support successful delivery of advanced image capture and information delivery products and services designed for the financial services (treasury management/payments/wholesale and retail lockbox) industry. Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage all client and internal company projects from inception to delivery and on budget.Correctly diagnose project needs relative to development, testing, staffing, training, equipment and duration.Receive detailed instructions from client relative to designated projects, and implement procedures to satisfy all client requirements.Read, analyze and interpret general correspondence or printed material relative to the project function.Perform research and analysis of statistical or other data relating to project forecasts.Create charts and graphs to reflect project status and productivity output, and to establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; write reports, business correspondence and procedure guidelines.Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and direct reports.Draft clear and specific project specifications and communicate to engineering coordinator or manager.Manage competing priorities and multiple assignments under tight deadlines. Assist in assigning project tasks and deadlines to all parties.Maintain ongoing oral and written communication with project team, supervisors or coordinators and management, relative to project status, and make ongoing recommendations relative to project deliverables.Advise management of client operations status, in both oral and written form, and make ongoing recommendations relative to the project deliverables.Clarify quality standards and aid in their fulfillment.Implement end-user tracking databases as required.Promote compliance with project deadlines.Training delivery to adults in a corporate environment.

Requirements:

Degree or work equivalent highly preferred.5-6+ years experience in project management preferred.Intermediate level familiarity with image capture, document management, treasury management and financial terminology, practices and procedures.Expertise in MS Windows, MS Word, Excel; MS Access & Outlook.Proficient knowledge in sector fields, such as banking/financial, health care, or government highly preferred.Expertise in project scheduling and quality control or related experience highly preferred.Strong ability to resolve problems in a professional manner.Effective time and scheduling management techniques in a fast moving project setting.Ability to learn new, related material quickly and independently and immediately apply new knowledge.Experience with CMM (Capability Maturity Model) and/or SSP (Standard Software Process) is required.Must be self motivated as well as possess the ability to motivate others across reporting lines.Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to successfully interface with others to obtain their cooperation and influence them to take required action or make decisions.Possess exemplary client service skills.Must be able to travel as needed - approx 30-50% (must be able to rent a car)Must be drug-free and have clear background check Position open for immediate hire.
