We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated Technical Recruiting Associate in our market-leading Houston Office. We are seeking an exceptional individual to be an immediate contributor to our growing market share in new and existing "A-list" accounts.

Job Requirements/Candidate Characteristics:
Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates using District Recruiting Database, employee referrals, job fairs, references and direct calls, advertisements, call-ins and walk-ins, resources at other District Offices, contacts at Corporate office for national search, employment agencies, etc.
Generate and follow up on sales and recruiting leads.
Work with hiring managers, helping them identify requirements and create interview processes.
Keep spreadsheets for requirements; drafted and status.
Goal-oriented with the ability to independently manage a wide range of activities in a fast-paced and high growth environment.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with applicants, co-workers, and clients.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure compliance to quality system requirements (ISO 9001).
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects; balance competing priorities and respond rapidly to evolving client needs.
Self-directed and assertive with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability.
Adept at working in a tightly integrated, team environment.
Good understanding of a broad spectrum of Information Technology skills.
Experience with developing / deploying integrated systems (i.e., people, processes).
Enthusiastic, and willing to assume increased responsibility.
Lead and coordinate all organized details of client interviews, travel arrangements, management agendas, and itineraries while adhering to strict time frames and quality standards.
Responsible for assisting the District Office of National/Global Corporation personnel in overall operations, specifically technical recruiting administrative duties.
Collaborate with departmental managers on weekly postings for master reports to facilitate the accurate and timely writing, editing, and preparation of final copy from draft to distribution
Liaison between all impacted departments to insure proper communications and reporting practices.
Work closely with applicants, district personnel, and all levels of management.df-tc
