Dynamic lighting company in Irwindale is seeking a Technical Support Applications Engineer with one year previous experience in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) OR a light applications role in the lighting industry preferably with a lighting agency. Will be providing assistance to 10 specification salespeople and secondary support to 12 distributor/contractor salespeople. Will provide customers point-by-point photometric analyses, technical assistance, lighting fixture selections, crossovers and budget pricing to CLS internal salesperson including quotes, accounting and customer service, provide customers with on-site and telephone-based Visual training, assisting in training seminars and trade shows, etc. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
