Summary
Assesses needs, develops, tests, maintains and delivers training programs and related material in support of products and procedures for internal and external clients. The trainer will lead a collaborative effort with system designers to develop client training prior to and after the client becomes live on TSYS. The trainer may be responsible for tutorial development. Establishes and/or reviews course content and objectives. Becomes subject matter expert and provides system and technical support for the design team. Ensures methodology, standards, and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities
With little or no daily supervision, acquires working knowledge of appropriate subjects/systems. Conducts training-need's assessments, develops and delivers technical training programs. May coach and develop team members. May supervise a limited number of team members, typically 2 to 3. May assist in hiring of new team members. Employs successful training techniques and styles. Reviews and edits documents for modification or publication.

Education/Experience
Four year college degree and 4 or more years professional experience or 6 or more years professional experience is required. Existing platform knowledge of TS1 or TS2 Consumer and/or Commercial; Prepaid, ProphIT or ISD platform are preferred. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
