JOB SUMMARY :

The primary purpose of the Technical Trainer is to conduct training of all department personnel to ensure compliant levels of trained individuals to support cGMP Manufacturing activities. The Technical Trainer will work closely with the Training Coordinator to identify training deficiencies and to execute training. In addition the Technical Trainer will be involved with development of training curricula, modules and training materials.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Execute training activities through explanation and demonstration.
* Identify training opportunities through Isotrain reports and coordinate training activities for timing and documentation to support the training.
* Ensure the latest revision of all SOPs, and required documents are available to the department.
* Support operations by authoring production documents (MBRs, SOPs, etc) as needed.
* Become a liason for change control operations. Initiate change controls, present changes to committee, oversee execution of change and change close-out.
* Become a back-up for conducting process investigations (ERFs & MIRs), OOTs and EARs. May also be required to represent MFG during these processes.
* Participation in special projects as required.
Hours are M-F 12:00pm to 8:30pm

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

* HS Diploma required.
* Certificate, Associates degree, or Bachelor's degree in a life science field is desirable.
* HS diploma required with 7 years of experience, AS required with 5 years experience.
* Computer proficiency required.
* Technical understanding and ability to learn quickly.
* Excellent communication skills.
