Description
This technician will be responsible for assisting in the planning, installation and implementation of CISCO IP/Telephony systems. The candidate will work on configuring call managers as well as implementation of call centers.

Experience/Skills
Technician must have at least 5 years hands-on experience
Technician must be certified by Cisco on IP Telephony
Vendor must be licensed to install and service Cisco hardware and/or software
Technician will be on call - will be used on an as needed basis
Technician must have played a primary role in setting up a CISCO call manager. Please provide a positive reference for this assignment.
