We are currently seeking a Telephony Technical Support candidate.

Job Description:
Individual must be capable, proactive and used to dealing with non-technical customers to resolve their telephony related incidents and requests. Must be motivated, able to work independently- manager is situated in Philadelphia Must be quick learner
'* Follows standard practice and procedures in analyzing situations to determine the appropriate response.
* Ability discerning which issues need to be forwarded to next level of support, if available.
* Proficiency in variety of applications is required.
* Experience with hardware and software maintenance.
Accountable for all components of Incident Management and their related procedures and processes based on ITIL best practice and SCS standards. This is accountability for service impacting incidents (RTPAs) and non- service impacting incidents.
Accountable for all components of Problem Management (Root Cause Analysis) and their related procedures and processes based on ITIL best practice and SCS standards
Accountable for all regular release management of minor releases, virus patching, security o/s patching of all voice servers, IP and TDM telephone systems & voicemail and call center
Provides out of hours support on a rota basis.

Experience/Skills
. Accountable for contributing to improving telephony service performance by:
1) Reducing the number of telephone and voicemail incident tickets
2) Ensuring that the telephony/voicemail incident cycle time is within the 90th percentile
3) Ensuring telephone/voicemail system availability
4) Ensuring request to fulfillment is within the 90th percentile
Ability to quickly get to the route of an issue and effectively resolve it
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Works in a dynamic and fast moving environment in matching technology to business needs
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Liaises with team members on both strategic and operational level
Must be a strong team worker and work in a collaborative and open way at all times
Has excellent organization and time management skills
