Product Engineer - Design Analysis & Characterization

Responsibilities
Cooperates closely with PT team leaders, project leaders, product line management, development management and department managers of other disciplines in planning and executing of projects.
Provides resources, skills and competencies with respect to project requirements.
Provides organizational support and advise during the project execution
Ensures efficient use of test resources within projects in-line with project planning and individual development plans.
Controls current and future requirements to the department:
Assesses and develops team members skills and competencies continuously with respect to these requirements
Aligns the internal organization of the department along these requirements
Evaluates and assesses performance of department members, creates individual people development plans and supports people on implementation.
Identifies training needs and opportunities
Analyses, benchmarks and continuously improves current test methodologies and processes
Identifies future test flow, coverage, characterization and infrastructure requirements and opportunities to improve the efficiency of the department.
Supports and provides inputs to the strategy and roadmap development of the Business Unit.

Requirements

Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree and 5-years of relevant test and/or DRAM development experience.
Demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills.
Previous management experience desired.df-tc
