Description
Qimonda's Development Center in Williston, VT is looking for an outstanding, talented, Test Program Engineers to keep us at the forefront of technology and invite applications from qualified professionals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and debug test programs for KGD, wafer or component in either complex logic or memory chips.

Experience in programming advanced ATE (e.g. Advantest, Agilent, Credence, Teradyne etc)

Define and adapt test patterns, timings, levels etc. to cover design & yield problems.

Support and execute test time reduction

Write test descriptions, develop test flows, define and order test fixtures/probe cards.

Requirements:

BS in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Physics or equivalent

5-7 years relevant experience, industry experience preferred

Working knowledge of DRAM, SDRAM, or Flash memories.

Test program coding experience (for Advantest, HP, or Teradyne or other advanced ATE).

Product test engineering experience is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.df-tc
