Sound knowledge of MS Office 2000 or later applications:
Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Must have sound understanding of voice and data telephony and technology. At least 2 years of experience working in an Order Entry, Customer Care, or Service Delivery / Provisioning role. More than 2 years of professional training experience, and demonstrate effective delivery skills.

Strong experience in defining, developing, and delivering training curriculum. Able to work from home. Must be flexible. Must have a can-do personality. Ability to teach very technical terms to a diverse audience in a way that they can easily understand. Needs to have experience with Web Based training and development.

Experience transferring instructor lead classes into web based. Resource will be responsible to become a SME on the Upfront Verification function (these means reviewing and scrubbing customer's orders) and all systems utilized by those personnel.
