Description
The Office of the State Controller (OSC) is seeking a short term (6 month maximum) contractor to provide IT training services. The selected candidate will support the BEACON University training team as a training materials developer and primary instructor (supporting the continuation of the HR/Payroll training program). The candidate will report to the Beacon University Training Lead.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Conducting end-user training as a part of the BEACON University on-going training program as well as any new projects which fall within the BEACON program.
• Provide support as required for new and ongoing training materials development in SAP, NCAS as related applications and processes.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements.
Required:
• Minimum (5) years training and development experience in delivering classes in an SAP HR/Payroll environment
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of North Carolina HR/Payroll policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of North Carolina HR/Payroll legacy systems (PMIS, Central Payroll & NCAS)
• Ability to work well with all levels in an organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to work within specific deadlines for delivering course material
• Ability to work independently and travel to course delivery sites within the State of NC.
• Bachelors degree or associates degree and five years experience in a related field
