We have the following exciting new opportunity in our Carlsbad, California, office.

Our Sr. Training Specialist will be responsible for conducting site surveys, classroom setup, training Marines both CONUS and OCONUS. The successful candidate will also deploy and support USMC tactical C4I networks both CONUS and OCONUS.

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
* Researching new technologies that could benefit supported C4I projects.
* Developing, creating and providing information papers, briefs, training material and deliverables to the USMC customer.
* Conducting DACT and FBCB2 training under the direction of senior training specialists.
* Conducting testing, evaluations, research, design and development upon C4I systems.

Qualifications:

* Ability to clearly communicate and record issues encountered during training events/exercise support events is required.
* At least 3 years of experience in a variety of tactical C4I network applications, operating
systems, and environments is required.
* Basic network experience is required.
* Experience in EPLRS operations and ENM network planning, IOW operations, DACT operations, and BFT/FBCB2 are particularly desired.
* Linux system administration experience is desired.
* Military communications or intelligence background is desired.
* Recent experience with FBCB2, C2PC, C2CE and UOC tactical C4I systems are desired.
* Formal training experience is desired.
