Designing the web application infrastructure and coding standards, training and coordinating the efforts of junior developers in the development, maintenance, and enforcement of standards, procedures, and policies relating to the OIT data and systems. Coding web applications in .NET, specifically for the TWIST system. Responsible for providing analysis, coding and architectural assistance to the TWIST Project for on-going maintenance, support and new enhancement development.

Experience/Skills
Required experience:
Developing and maintaining n-tier web applications using .NET framework
Developing and maintaining GUI applications;
NT and UNIX operating systems,
Preferred experience:
SQL Server 2005
Experience using stored procedures
ASP.NET 2.0,
Experience with web services
Experience reporting services
Extensive knowledge of different layers of an application
VB.NET
Sybase,
Stored procedures,
Development with Centura,
Cobol,
NET;
Experience with large statewide web and/or client server applications
Task Deliveries & Documentation:
=C2=B7 Required changes for the TWIST system will be implemented and documented.
