Description
A SmartSource client is in need of assistance in setting up and maintaining a Web server.
They have already begun setting up a Web Server and had originally planned on using W2K Server in an IIS environment using PHP code and running a mysql database, now the client is leaning towards Apache instead of IIS

Our problem thus far is we don't know enough about the PHP.ini file and other set up paramaters so when something does not work, we don't know where to look or how to fix it.
