Configuration of the WebSphere environment (The overall WebSphere server and the specific Application WebSphere JVM's).

Performance and Analysis tuning of specific Application WebSphere JVM's.

Troubleshooting the operational WebSphere environment and work with technicians to implement fixes without user outages.

Able to do an initial crash dump analysis and restore WebSphere services.

Able to complete basic shell scripts to do WebSphere maintenance.
