Team leadership, independent working, guide other professionals & assume overall technical responsibility for the success, the solution construction, implementation & system integration of the WebSphere Business Monitor project(s). Requires expert knowledge across multiple platforms, processes or architectures. Accountable for projects, programs involving multi-functional, countrywide, or regional teams. Recognized as an expert in all disciplines of WebSphere Business Monitor. Knowledge of runtime environments that are monitored, such as WebSphere Process Server. Knowledge of WebSphere Business Modeler and business measures model creation. 5+ years of experience monitor business integration solution. Full development life cycle experience -- from architecture through test and deployment. Cross platform skills required. 8 Years SW development, 3 years Java and J2EE development, 5 years OO design and programming. Must have proven engagement leadership, excellent communication skills, mentoring and minimum 3 years of onsite customer facing experience. Major Field of Study: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Must have experience in WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Process Server, RAD or WID, SOA, Websphere Business Monitoring, Business Process Modeling, zSeries, and File Management. Leadership and strong communication skills are very essential.
