Wireless Communication Product Manager Job Summary
We are seeking for an experienced Wireless Communication Product Manager. The qualified candidate's role is to define the product strategy, roadmap and take ownership of the entire product line of transmitters for the wireless market. He is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle: including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the product vision. He will interface and guide the engineering team to address new product development efforts, upgrades or product issues. Coordinate and support sales, and marketing to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Skills, Experience and Personal Characteristics
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in wireless infrastructure industry - particularly in Cellular, PCS or 3G networks. Must have solid experience with power amplifiers, repeaters, and other cellular related experience. Formal experience as a Product Manager and playing a key role in product development and sales is required. Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products will be a big plus. Must have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
We are looking for someone who enjoys responsibility and accountability. The candidate shall have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority in the delivery of business solutions. Have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
