eCommerce Program ManagerCalabasas, CADescription:The eCommerce Program Manager will lead the planning, development and delivery of the eCommerce and web infrastructure for the enterprise. With a multi-year development plan in place, this key role will lead a team of business partners, consultants and various corporate leaders, to develop a strategic roadmap and program specifications, design the technical architecture, and ensure delivery of a sustainable and dynamic eCommerce platform. The selected individual will bring their experience having played a significant leadership role in at least one eCommerce program, and leverage that experience to deliver a robust eCommerce platform. This platform will enable the enterprise to deliver a key strategic initiative, with the ultimate goal of leveraging technology to augment and further enhance our business model and the highest commitment to a quality experience for our customers. The selected individual will be a leader of teams in technology, with a strong capability to engage corporate leaders and technical contributors as well as the demonstrated ability to execute. The main requirement for this role is substantial experience bringing visionary capability - to ensure our platform reflects our culture of the highest quality and service. Key Duties, Responsibilities & Skills* Manage and plan all activities related to the design, development, implementation, and support of all internal and external eCommerce/web assets * Serve as the primary architect responsible for development of an enterprise-wide strategic roadmap for all internal and external eCommerce/web assets * Collaborate with internal clients to develop requests for proposals (RFP), program plans, business cases, program charters, budgets, program measurement criteria, program reporting and work plans * Identify Internet technologies (i.e. search engine optimization, content management, portal technologies, packaged eCommerce solutions, and development tools) that align with the current infrastructure and provide future agility and scalability * Identify, develop and manage eCommerce /web vendor relationships and coordinate work effort across vendors to achieve business objectives * Ability to think strategically and innovatively, yet pragmatically deliver timely business solutions * Exceptional analytical abilities, problem solving, and follow through skills * Manage, mentor, and develop a high performing teamEducation, Qualifications & Working Conditions * Proven experience leading implementation of infrastructure using packaged Web based applications (i.e. Websphere Commerce, Coremetrics, CRM, and EAI.) * Significant experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale Programs and/or Projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors; ability to analyze Program needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives * Strong relationship management at all levels ranging from executives to staff exercising teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment * Leadership and management of technical staff and joint IT/business teams through various life-cycle phases to meet goals * Pleasant and professional demeanor and excellent communication and comprehension skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and discuss information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding * A minimum of 5-7 years of IT Project Management involving several key technologies/disciplines: * Structured and distributed Internet architecture. * ERP/eCommerce package implementations * Intranet and portal technologies * Middleware development and deployment* A Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field * Project management certification (PMP) is desirable. * Experience in a restaurant and/or retail IT shop is desirable * Commitment to excellence in service and performance.df-tc
