Senior: Skills equivalent to 6-10 years in comparable position

Position requires outstanding oral/written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, project management, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Intimate knowledge of various business areas/deliverables preferred. Knowledge of Rational Unified Process methodology or iterative development methodologies will be useful. Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio Drawing tool along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required. Specific technical skills to be defined by Schwab Manager.

The Sr. Technical Project manager would project manage the efforts of a team of developers and QA with responsibility for enhancing, maintaining and supporting the RRBUS infrastructure as well as key client-facing applications. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for managing key infrastructure and middleware projects and applications that will add functionality and contribute to the on-going maintenance and support of the RRBus. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical project management, leadership, autonomy, and multi-tasking skills, have experience working with users to clarify requirements, be well-versed in communicating effectively on technical issues, be detail-oriented, have a sense of pride in ownership, and an accent on quality and on-time delivery. The candidate would be expected to create detailed project plans and status monthly status reports, manage issues and risks, quickly determine project priorities, document meeting minutes, and lead project meetings. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must. Experience project managing middleware efforts is also a must!
